Fleming Island Plantation
Board of Architectural Review

The FIP Board of Architectural Review (BAR) is comprised of fellow residents responsible for reviewing all applications for improvement to the exterior of your home or to the property itself.  In addition to the Covenants Restrictions & Easements document, each application submitted will be compared to the BAR Guidelines for compliance.  At present, the Board meets in the Amenity Center on the second Thursday of each month and again on the last Thursday of each month at 5:00pm.  All applicable documents can be found on the 'BAR Docs' page of the 'FIP BAR' pulldown menu above.

Residents who live in a neighborhood that has its own homeowner sub-association must contact their sub-HOA Board or management company for their individual BAR Guidelines and application forms.

Time Commitment:  Meetings typically last 30 - 45 minutes depending on the number of applications for any given meeting.  Members are encouraged to drive past the properties on the agenda prior to the meeting to familiarize themselves with the intent of the improvement being proposed.
