Amberwood

The Amberwood Homeowners Association (HOA) is set up for the benefit of Amberwood property owners only. The sub-association is responsible for landscape and lawn maintenance in addition to ARC and CC&R enforcement.

The regular HOA assessment is set each year by the Board of Directors and is currently being billed monthly.

The CDD assessments for Amberwood are $813.52 for the Bond and $647.07 for the Operations and Maintenance portion for a total of $1460.59. These CDD fees are collected annually on your property tax bill.
