Fairway Village

The Fairway Village Homeowners Association (HOA) is set up for the benefit of Carrington Place property owners only. The sub-association is responsible for landscape and lawn maintenance in addition to ARC and CC & R enforcement.

The Regular Assessment is currently being billed under a quarterly basis for 2019.

The CDD assessments for Fairway Village are $813.52 for the Bond and $647.07 for the Operations and Maintenance portion for a total of $1,1460.59 These CDD fees are collected annually on your property tax bill.
