Johns Landing

The Johns Landing Homeowners Association (HOA) is set up for the benefit of Johns Landing property owners only. The sub-association is responsible for enforcement of the common areas located within the boundaries of Johns Landing and ARC. The initial capital contribution is set at $300 and is payable at the initial closing on the property. This is a one time only assessment.

The HOA assessments are currently being billed annually. The CDD assessments for Johns Landing are $813.52 for the Bond and $647.07 for the Operations and Maintenance portion for a total of $1,460.59 These CDD fees are collected annually on your property tax bill.
