River Hills Reserve

The River Hills Reserve Homeowners Association (HOA) is set up for the benefit of River Hills Reserve property owners only. The sub-association is responsible for enforcement of the common areas located within the boundaries of River Hills Reserve and ARC.

The initial capital contribution is set at $300 and is payable at the initial closing on the property. This is a one time only assessment.

The regular HOA assessment has been set at $675 per year for the 2022 budget year. The assessments are currently being billed annually.

The CDD assessments for River Hills Reserve are $647.07 for the Bond and $813.52 for the Operations and Maintenance portion for a total of $1,460.59 These CDD fees are collected annually on your property tax bill.
